From Autumn 2023, in collaboration with the Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership (CEFEL) Initio will be a delivery partner for NPQflex, a tailored approach to delivering the NPQ programme in-house.

Our small schools (under 150 pupils) are also able to access NPQsmall. The NPQsmall is bespoke in design and delivery , enabling colleagues to engage with high-quality leadership training, while recognising the opportunities and challenges specific to these schools.
